I sent my iron in for repair but unfortunately it was not able to be repaired. Nelson Appliance was able to get my iron replaced under warranty and I received a brand new iron in the mail. They were very helpful and communicated well with me about what was going on. I highly recommend them for appliance repairs!

In today's environment, it seems like a rarity when a business tells you something and then they make good on what they told you. Nelson did just that. My uber expensive super-automatic espresso machine had a hiccup and when I called Nelson they told me that it would take them three weeks from the day I dropped it off to even look at it to give me a repair estimate. Hey, they are the only place in the whole state so what was I to do?When I dropped it off I noted there were dozens of machines lined up for service so the delay made sense. But, in just ten days they gave me a call and told me what the issue was and how they could repair it. I authorized it and the guy said the part I needed would take ten days for them to receive. On exactly the tenth day they called to say it was ready for me to pick up. Total bill was about $45 less than their initial estimate.I am now happily downing espresso again from a machine that works at least as well as it did when brand new.
